Provo Air Center’s onsite Customs and Immigration Hall features an innovative Drive-Through Customs, the first of its kind and only one in the Caribbean, and smaller VIP lounges to make the clearance process faster, easier, and even more private.

Layers upon layers of privacy have been integrated into our design and our philosophy to ensure everyone has their own space.  Our children’s lounge, featuring apirate cave, keeps our youngest guests happily entertained with toys, books and games, whileour dog park, equipped with a drinking fountain, is a welcome spot for canine guests. A strict privacy pledge is signed by all staff.

Our culinary team, PAC-Kitchen, is the only catering operation locateddirectly on the field. Our menu features global cuisine as well as seasonal specials, like ouriconic local lobster and conch. We are passionate about serving delicious food from simpleboxed lunches to multi-course gourmet meals to make mealtime the best part of your flight.Each order is carefully crafted to be enjoyed wherever you are dining – in-flight, pre-flight in ourlounges, or to bring with you to your villa or hotel. Our onsite fuel operation is fully owned and operated by us, and encompasses a fuel farm andfleet of trucks.  We are the largest provider of jet fuel and avgas in the region, serving both thegeneral and commercial aviation markets, and have a reputation for solid reliability
