PACKitchen was created to pursue the art and science of dining at altitude. Food tastes different at 30,000 feet, so we start out with the freshest quality ingredients from local small producers and boutique purveyors. Everything is prepared and seasoned with the aircraft environment in mind, then packaged and labeled for convenience and clarity. Most importantly, our food is delicious! It’s real food, for people who enjoy the best. We chose a lot of the favorite home-cooked classics from our respective heritages, combined with some local Caribbean elements, and then we elevated everything. Literally. Think of it as your favorite corner bistro, but in the sky.
