Global Trek Aviation is an H24/7 full service ops VIP FBO in Belfast International Airport, Northern Ireland, UK (EGAA). We spoke to Colin Gordon to find out more.
Thanks to its experience in the market, Global Trek Aviation is able to provide an elite ground support service to all arriving Crews and VIP Passengers in their respective aircraft. Colin explores this service offering in more detail and explains the importance of the firm’s valued team in ensuring every client receives the top-class service they are expecting.
“At Global Trek Aviation, we provide all services required for their Aircraft from fuelling, LAV service, Potable water service, Ground power, flight plan filing, providing weather briefs to arranging Hotels, transportation and catering.
“Operating in such a competitive market, we set ourselves apart and achieve true excellence for our clients by training all our line supporting staff to the highest of standards. All our line support staff are fully trained and certified NATA Safety first trained personnel. They are also fully trained and certified Gulfstream line supporting personnel.”
Over the years since it began, Global Trek Aviation has seen a vast increase in air travel, and raised requirements from its clients. Colin discusses how his firm has enhanced its service offering over time to remain ahead of emerging market trends.
“During our time in the aviation industry, we have recognised that corporate/business and leisure travellers fly around the clock, and as such, we have adapted to this by offering an H24/7 bespoke support service whether the Aircraft is arriving at 3pm or 3am. We have also recognised that a lot of VIP travellers do not like to be on the ground long, when making a quick fuel stop, so we invested to have all the required ground support equipment in-house to keep them on the move and on time.”
Moving forward, Colin and his team are focused on expanding their reach and working with a variety of different clients, as he is excited to conclude.
“Looking to the future, Global Trek Aviation would like to increase its market share of Trans-Atlantic fuel stops. As such, we have invested in recruiting the staff to help us achieve this. Additionally, we are constantly providing more exposure of EGAA and its benefits to trip planning companies, corporate flight departments and crews so that we can support a wider range of clients over the years to come.”
